Refund policy

If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have purchased direct from our Ripley store then you can return them to us for an exchange or credit note.  

Online orders only: If you have purchased via our website then you are entitled to a full refund.  

Simply return the goods in their original condition along with the original receipt within 28 days (14 days for sale items). If you do not have the receipt then we will offer an exchange only to the current value of the item you are returning.  

If posting your goods back to us, then please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and where possible obtain a certificate of postage/ receipt.  You should retain this until your refund is processed.  Please note that you will need to pay for the return postal charges unless you can show us that the product was sold to you in a faulty or damaged condition.

We are open 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.  Closed on Sundays

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the goods to us. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
